Let's not and say we did!

That is what I want to say to the most dreaded week of the semester, the week where you are checking your "what if" calculator on your grades to see what will happen to your grade if you get this on the final. The week where you am nocturnal and the worst diet because you don't ever eat or sleep. The week when your apartment is a complete disaster yet no one is ever there. The week you see frumpy hair and grungy clothes all over campus.  The week when college students can not go to Disneyland because it certainly would not be the happiest place on earth! That's right you guessed it...FINALS WEEK!!! And how am I preparing for it you ask... of course complaining about it on my blog. I underestimated the whole finals thing in high school because I never really stressed out about them until I came to college. But let me tell ya, they are a BIG pain, and it is not only finals it is all the work that the professors give you before the week of finals to stress you out even more! I know one day I will look back and find some part of them that actually benefited me somehow but for today they are like putting mustard on a PB&J! Not Good!

Heidi Browning De Vaney!

Well hydro is married and I am so happy for her! She is our first sister to get married so it was a cool experience! Kyle and Heidi are cute together and Kyle is a GREAT guy! They got married yesterday in the Idaho Falls Temple and then had a great dinner in Rigby! It was so nice and simple and gorgeous! It was so fun to see family and friends come and support them! 1st time for everything!

Today I got my very first pedicure and let me tell you it was AMAZING! I am definitely going to be going back! Heidi is getting married on Friday so me and my sisters have been pampering ourselves. Me, Heidi, and Erica enjoyed getting our feet all nice and pretty. Here are some photos of our cute toes!

Birthday Palooza!

Yesterday was my b-day and it was by far the best birthday ever, except when I turned 8 and became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, :] Haha no but really I had the best best best day! I was kinda nervous because I didn't think it would be anything spectacular especially because my family kinda celebrated my birthday this last weekend. But oh no my roommates certainly didn't let that happen, so I wake up to find my apartment all decorated with really sweet notes from my amazing roommates, Sarah Feurbach and Alex Grooms. Then my other roommate Katelyn Nebeker made me a wonderful breakfast! Then I went to class where very few knew it was my birthday. I like to tell people all week that my birthday is coming up and then when the actual day arrives I don't say anything haha I am just weird like that. But after classes I came home to find that my wonderful sister Heidi Browning had bought me Dairy Queen one of my favorite places to eat. Then Heidi and I had to go run a few errands and when we came back my other sister Erica Browning and roommate Amanda Stokes decorated my bedroom with balloons and candy and streamers. No this is not even the end of it all, my awesome soon to be brother-in-law Kyle told me he would take me out to dinner wherever I wanted to go! I chose Johnny Carino's and all of my roommates came and on top of that he let me drive his car...a big step from Connie haha. At dinner I got a gift from my awesome sisters and Kyle it was a gift card to Amazon for my Kindle! Then last but certainly not least Kyle took me to best buy and said I could pick out any kind of cover for my Kindle i wanted...I felt really spoiled! Haha, and then at the end my wonderful roommate Alex gave me the cutest earrings and a giant size of peanut m&m's my favorite! I felt so so blessed and loved yesterday it was kinda overwhelming. I am just so thankful for my roommates and family for making my 19th birthday a great one!! Here are some pics from the wonderful day!! 

Happy birth-week to me!

Well it is the best week of the entire year everyone! The week I was born! I know I know it is hard to contain your excitement but do your best til my actual birthday which is Thursday! I already got my present from my parents a Kindle Fire!!! She is beautiful and her name is Gloria and I love her, we are bonding already! Well that is all oh and out of the days this week which day is the nicest weather wise? That's right best day of the year March 15th, my birthday. I hope you all enjoy my birthday as much as I do...but I will probably enjoy it a little more!

Better late than never...

Ok so this last weekend, the 3rd me and my sisters and my mom had quite the girls trip. This trip consisted of shopping, junk food, Macaroni Grill, white trash swim-suits, junk food, and a suite at the Grand America, and robes! I just love the fact that I can say all four of my sisters are seriously my best friends. Growing up we would fight and my mom would say one day you girls will be the best of friends but we never believed her, we just laughed and said yea right! Today is a different story, I don't know what I would do without my sisters. And my mom is definitely included in the sister's best friend club. We are all so close and always have so much fun together. Well as some may know I do not do well with change...and A LOT of things are changing. Heidi is getting married and moving to Alaska, Erica is leaving on a mission to South Carolina. I don't know how I feel about all of this. It is really testing me, it just makes me be that much more grateful for the time we do have together and the great memories we have! I love all of my sisters, Shawna, Heidi, Erica and Holli! This last weekend was just a weekend of great memories, and lots of fun! Here my top ten highlights of the whole trip:
1. Staying at the Grand America

3. Lots of shopping
4. Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory
5. Sleeping in a cloud as shawna would say
6. White-trash swim-suits
7. Macaroni Grill
8. Swimming and dunking Shawna
9. Spending two hours in wal-mart
10. Taking pictures! 

All in all I love my family and I am so thankful to have such great memories with them! 

Bored...

Well the title says it all! I am really bored, although I shouldn't be because I have plenty to do! I will realize how much I have to do the week before finals but what do ya do? I think I along with every other normal person in the world has Spring fever. I am really getting sick and tired of Idaho playing mind games with me. Yesterday it was easily high 40's, thats really a good day for Rexburg, and what is today low 30's with a blizzard...a little weird. You can ALWAYS tell where a person is from by what they wear...for example. If you are from Idaho yesterday you would have worn a light jacket and even sandals. If you are from somewhere warm, aka not Idaho, you would have been in a less heavier parka with shorter snow boots. All in all people in Idaho know how to handle weather...its in our blood! This post has no point except I dreamt of a white Christmas December 24th not march 6th... it's ok Idaho maybe next year...
