#babycamdenaustin

On October 27th the CUTEST baby boy was born! Camden Austin is the sweetest, most precious babe there is! Erica and I were in Arizona working when he was born so we only saw pictures and face-timed. Our hearts ached to hold him but last week we FINALLY got to meet him face to face! It was such a joyous meet! I would hold him all day if I could!

With Cam being the first boy in the family we went a little overboard with the shopping! Let’s be honest we would have gone overboard if it was a girl too but it's a good excuse to go shopping in my book! :]

He spent Halloween in the hospital but he couldn't miss dressing up for his first Halloween! He was Lightning McQueen! The costume may have drowned him but he sure did look cute!

I just really like taking pictures of him! :]

I could have sat like this with him all day...honestly nothing {sweeter} than a sleeping baby snuggling on you!

Grandma  & Grandpa Browning AKA my mom and dad are also pretty dang cute with him They are just as smitten with him as if he was their own precious babe! My dad has already bought him a toy truck, and a pellet gun! His excuse is "if you girls can buy him clothes and crap I can buy him stuff he'll actually like!" haha!

Needless to say Camden has stolen all of our hearts and we are just so happy we get to be part of his life! Hyle really do make some beautiful children!

Christmas, Switching jobs, Kaibab Squirrels!

So we had an employee Christmas party since everyone was leaving before Christmas and because Christmas is just great! We drew names for secret santa, and decorated, and it just really made me happy! I REALLY love Christmas!!!

Since so many people were starting to leave they started to switch and train everyone in a different department. Erica was moved to the store and I was trained as a waitress and in the housekeeping staff! I learned a lot about respect for other jobs, and really how to work hard! I enjoyed everywhere I went...it was always an adventure which was the entire purpose of going!

This is a Kaibab Squirrel! They're really famous and are only known to the Kaibab National Forest where we were! They're actually really cute, but also really weird looking!

Vegas. Vegas. Vegas.

So on November 1st, Erica myself and a couple other girls we worked with bought tickets to go see Wicked in Las Vegas! We were so {excited} and ready for a day far away from Jacob Lake!
Our show was at 2:00 and we still wanted to explore the strip and the city; so we left really early in the morning. When we got to Vegas we went straight to the Strip and started exploring! We went to Coke World, M&M World, saw the "Eiffel Tower" and dodged huge crowds. It was a lot of fun!

We headed over to the theater where Wicked was going to be shown! Wicked was {SO} good! I loved the story and the twist of what happened with the two witches! We had so much fun! The day went by so fast and it was by far my favorite day off of the entire time!

Halloween & Visit from the Parents!

My mom and dad came to visit Erica and I on Erica's birthday! It couldn't have been more perfect timing because it was right in the middle of our time at Jacob Lake. It was so fun to have them and show them all our favorite things to do!
We met them in St. George and went to dinner with my cousin who also lives in St. George and then relaxed at our hotel! We woke up Saturday and headed up to Jacob Lake! We took them to the Grand Canyon, took them to dinner and enjoyed being guests at the lodge rather than employees for once!
When they left on Sunday I was so sad! I wanted to go with them more than anything and it seemed like we still had {forever} to go! But I sucked it up and stuck it out...and I'm so glad I did! :]
This is a view called Angel's Window at the Canyon!

I'm really going to miss being able to see this view whenever I want!

For Halloween they told us we could dress up! I decided to dress up like a scarecrow last minute! I was confused all day for a cowgirl rag doll but I don't care it was a fun day!
