Since I've Been Home!

Since I've been home I haven't done a whole heck of a lot! I moved home two weekends ago and then went back to Rexburg to stay with Heidi for a week while Kyle went to Utah to work. I don't have a whole heck of a lot of pictures because well I didn't do a whole heck of a lot! I was planning to leave on Thursday but I had a little incident coming home from Idaho Falls Wednesday night! So Heidi and I had gone to dinner and we were on our way home when Roger started to make a funny noise...a noise I had never heard before. But me being the naive little kid I am thought nothing of it and kept on a driving. We made it home and right as we hit the parking lot something fell out of Roger and I knew it wasn't good. After Heidi and I stopped laughing at how ridiculous this car is, but don't worry I am very grateful to have a car at all, we got out to see what had happened! Well the muffler fell off! No big deal right? Well turns out its not a very big deal but I decided to be better safe than sorry and just get it fixed in Rexburg rather drive home without a muffler! So I decided to stay another night and continue our Keeping up with the Kardashians marathon with Heidi! I'm not complaining though because after being busy busy busy all the time. Doing nothing is all I wanted to do! So Thursday morning I woke up to go fix up good ol' Roger! I took him to the mechanic after talking to my Dad and deciding it was a reasonable price to fix and was worth it. The mechanic went out to check under the hood and if you know anything about Roger you'll know there is a string you have to pull to pop the hood. Which not many people know and I was rather embarrassed when the mechanic came back in to ask how to pop the hood. After that little problem was solved all was well and we were able to fix him good as new! Once he was all fixed I took him through the car wash, filled him up with gas and vacuumed him out. I thought he deserved it! I headed home on Friday and since then have started my job for the summer babysitting. I've decided not to go back to Progressive and just take an easy summer! It will be nice I am babysitting for my old boss Heather. Her girls are adorable, Lux is 5 and Sayde is 2. Lux is bossy and in charge, reminds me a lot of myself, and Sayde does everything Lux does to a T. They are such cute girls and I'm excited to spend the summer with them! This Summer is going to be a different one I feel because we don't have as much going on. Holli isn't doing 4-H so this will be the first year since I can remember not have calves to take care of. Last summer we were saving up for our Alaska trip and we don't have that this Summer. I'm sure we will find ways to keep us plenty busy but for now things are nice and calm and Summer plans are to just enjoy being home!

End of the Semester!

The day finally came and the semester ended! It was such a great feeling to see this on my I-Learn!

To celebrate the end of the semester we lit sparklers, went to see President Clark's house, packed up our rooms, and did nothing!

Friday I moved home and as I was packing my car, Roger, I quickly realized I had way to much stuff and not enough room! Problem! Luckily Hyle had my Dad's old pick-up and I was able to take that home, but I was still a little embarrassed that I had that much stuff! But that means I get to go back to Rexburg to take the pick-up back and I get to stay with Heidi! Kyle went to Utah for a week and Heidi and I are going to PAR-TAY! I can't wait!

Since I've been home I've unpacked, eaten the famous Doc's Pizza, Played with Baby Adley, Played, with Sassy, and watched Lifetime movies with Holli! It's been great!

It is so nice to be home, and I love that I can just relax and not worry about school! I have a feeling this is going to be a great summer!

Conference Weekend!

This weekend was so much fun! All of my roommates went to Salt Lake for conference, but because it was the weekend before finals I opted out and stayed here! Initially I was bummed because I was going to be All By Myself. But luckily the sweet girls in 508 took me under their wing and were my roommates for the weekend! Although we did absolutely nothing it was still so great!

Friday night we went to dinner at Winger's where I told my deepest darkest secrets  not really but it was so fun! Afterwords we just went back to their apartment and watched a movie where all but one of us fell asleep. It had been a long week!

Saturday morning we made breakfast for people to come over and watch conference! Conference was so great! I never leave a session in a bad mood, or disappointed to say the least! After conference we did homework, laundry, and chilled until the second session where we again heard great inspired messages from our prophet and apostles. When conference was over the boys all left for priesthood session and we went ahead and used that time wisely to prank them! :] The apartment I was hanging with and this boys apartment are currently in a pranking war, and I was lucky enough to help pull one last night!

So the previous week the boys put alarm clocks in the girls vents and set them to go off at all hours of the night. The best part about it is the girls played it off like it didn't happen, so the boys were freaking out thinking their sneaky little prank didn't work! Little did they know...

So we took those alarm clocks and stuck them in their apartment, but that's not all we did! We switched EVERYTHING in their apartment. Switched the clothes in their closets, switched everything in their kitchen, bathroom, desk drawers and left cups on the floor! It was so great!

We also each stole a hat and and still have them to this hour! haha!

Sunday morning came and I went to Heidi's to watch conference and have breakfast! She made me the traditional Browning Conference Morning Breakfast, sausage biscuits and gravy! It was DELICIOUS! After the morning session I went back to my friends apartment and our bishop invited some kids to watch the second session of conference and have dinner. So I quickly got ready and off to Idaho Falls we went! It was so sweet of them and their house is so homey that it made me feel at home!

Dinner was so great! I ate plenty to last me for a month...It was so good!

Now here I sit dreading the week to start because it is finals...but that only means I am that much closer to going home! :] I just can't wait!

Social Dance!

This semester I took a social dance class, mostly to push myself to make more friends but also just to have a fun chill class that I wouldn't have to worry about! I can honestly say this was one of the best classes I have ever taken! I have made some friends that I know will be my friends for a lifetime! This last week we had our final projects, the individual competition and the group dance. Tuesday was our individual comp. My partner and I danced to the waltz which made me feel like I was in Anastasia in the ballroom scene! But that is besides the point, it was so fun! My partner got way into it, and was wanting to go all out; which made it way fun!
This is my partner Hans! He was so awesome!

Thursday night was our group dance. So maybe I pulled a third grade move and pretended I got a number that I didn't so that I could be with my friend...but its no big deal! Our group was pretty bomb.com! We did the swing dance which was so fun! We through in a bunch of lifts and cart wheels it was way awesome!

This is our friend Alan! Seriously the sweetest kid! We will miss him, but he will be a GREAT missionary!

This is another great kid, Walker! Colorado is getting one awesome missionary soon!

This is the whole group for swing! So fun!

This is probably one of my most favorite people! Taryn is so sweet, and we got along so well! I am going to miss her!

Easter/Girls Weekend!

This weekend was the annual girls weekend with my Mom and Sisters! We had so much fun! We stayed in Salt Lake and practically shopped all weekend which was just fine with me! I feel so blessed to have the family I do! My mom and sisters really are my best friends!

Friday night Hyle and I drove to Salt Lake where Kyle left on to his sisters and Heidi and me met my mom and sisters for Cheesecake Factory! After which we went to our hotel, went swimming and just hung out.

Saturday we shopped and shopped some more. Checked out a few malls and enjoyed the B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L weather! I cannot express how happy I am that it is finally nice outside, I feel as if we have been living in Narnia since October! But it's finally nice again, and I can't wait for the hot weather for Summer!

Saturday my mom and Holli went home and I went to Shawna's and we were so tired from shopping that we just watched movies and ate junk food! It was great!

Shawna had to redo visiting teaching for her ward before we could go home so we went to her church building for a good three hours and got it done! It wasn't the funnest thing I could think of doing but we got it done and Shawna didn't have to worry about it so much!

Easter Sunday Shawna and I went to church and came home to make our Easter dinner! We told everyone we were having eggs and ham for dinner, but of course we were just kidding! We are little more domestic than that! We made a great Sunday dinner (Mom would have been so proud!)

Driving home was quite miserable...I don't do car rides at night well...in fact I hate them! But we finally made it back to the burg!

It was a great weekend and I can't wait to do it again!
