Christmas break was so fun! Erica
and I had just returned home from Jacob Lake so it was pretty much a party all
month long! It was so weird to be able to relax in December because usually up
until Christmas I am stressed to my wits end because of finals. It was
certainly a nice break to actually enjoy the month of December and the entire
holiday season!
Before
everyone came home for break Erica, Holli and I had some fun quality time! We
went to a couple basketball games, a few movies, went Christmas shopping and
just hung out. It felt like the good old days when we were all in school
together living at home and being so care-free! It was a really great couple of
weeks!
Once
everyone came home it was PARTY time! Of course Camden was the center of
attention the entire time, but who wouldn't want to kiss those cheeks all day
erry day?!
It was so
funny because when Camden finally got home my dad was holding him and we all
realized that Camden and my dad were matching! They are pretty much best
buddies...it is actually pretty adorable!

The day
before Christmas we literally had NO snow on the ground, it was really
depressing! But Christmas day we woke up to a gorgeous white blanket of snow!
My sweet grandma Stocking wanted to come see us on Christmas morning like
tradition but underestimated how deep the snow drifts actually were and well
she got pretty stuck! Luckily I have a great dad who went to pull her out with
Kyle! She was convinced she ruined everyone's Christmas but she certainly
didn't! How can she when she gave me orange sticks for Christmas? (family
tradition)!
Christmas
really was awesome! I can really tell I am starting to grow up because the last
few Christmas's when my mom asks what I want I will tell a few things, but my
favorite thing is honestly being with my family! It is getting more and more
rare to have all of my sisters together at once and it is so fun when we are! I
wish we could more often!
Hyle and
Camden had to head home before New Years because Kyles family was coming to
visit so New Years was pretty low key, but hey some years that is just ok! We
watched Dick Clark ring in the New Year at both 10 and 12, and watched plenty
of SVU episodes to tie us over for a while!

Sweet
Camden was blessed a couple days after new Years so Erica and I decided to move
up to school and into our *brand* new apartment. And our Christmas break came
to a close! It was definitely a great and fun one! I may be biased but my
family is pretty much the best!!
